Well what about doctors ...nurses ...male nurses who are helping in delivery...

What I mean it' their profession they get used to it

I guess the main thing in an actor life is this. They need to perform in front of an audience. They can't be conscious or else they won't be able to perform. So they have to get used to this

Here they are just faking a scene...

Believe me faking is quiet easier than ...the real ones. Initially it' human to feel awkward but after a period of time they dont care about other things all they want to do probably is finish the scene properly and pack up as soon as possible.😊
