Yeah you guys are right Neil is sucking avni's blood that scene also reminds of Edward and Bella and this time there was a mark too on avni's neck. Hence proved Neil is vampire and soon he will turn avni into vampire too😈But that will only happen when avni will give tillu his pillu just like it happened in twilight 😆
That's why avni never wants Pillu and Neil is desperate for pillu
