Thanks for the highlights. Today I dared to watch the episode before your highlights. NK started becoming more and more exciting. Leap or no leap I am looking forward to the new Jail scenes. Uniforms look similar to the Orange is the new black and Ms. Piper is in action mode for the precap. Though I do not know how much I appreciate if they show Avni suffered a year and a half in jail. But maybe I can take it as the baseline for next round of love-hate push-pull between Avneil. Nevertheless, NK has won my love back :), I hope trp also goes up.

Hopefully it won't be a year and half behind bars, a short leap is fine but not so much. Avni is a fighter, she shined in that precap and that was only seconds of a scene. NK is back on track and I do hope this works for TRPs.

I haven't been able to watch the episode yet, but I'm so glad that the reviews are so positive!! (By the way, Mandy, I look forward to your reviews every day. Thank you so much for taking the time to write them!)

One question I have is whether they explain why Neil chose not to tell Avni about Vidhyut's threat and why he's arresting her. Based on everything I've read about the episode, this is the only thing that's bothering me. One thing that I've always loved and admired about Avni and Neil's relationship is the trust and respect between them. They don't have the typical misunderstandings that other TV serial couples do because they actually communicate. That unique dynamic is one of the reasons I love this show. I hate to think that they now have this major misunderstanding when Neil could have simply told Avni what Vidhyut said and explained that he's only arresting her to keep her safe while he gathers evidence to prove her innocence.

Thank you :) From what I gathered in this episode in Neil's POV he feels responsible for whatever she is going through. These were Neil's dialogues, he wanted them to have a simple love story, a simple life but his past came back to haunt him. Avni went out of her way to help Juhi, she loved Mishti and now look where they are. Neil feels as much love as he has given Avni, he has also given her a lot of pain. The thing about Neil and Avni is that they are both selfless in their love for each other and both took a step without the other knowing feeling it was in the best interest of the other. Neil did whatever he had to do to protect Avni from both herself and from Vidyut, he will go to any extent. I am sure soon enough Avni will know the truth. It is not going to be a long drawn out separation that fans fear. Keep watching

Thats a good question! I could answer this question if you don't mind.

Avni as a person is very impulsive. And given the history of hers, we all know that no matter what she ends up promising to Neil, she would do whatever she wants to and whatever she thinks is right! Avni is not someone to sit tight if she is asked too. She wants to do things even when she knows that her steps can get her into deeper troubles.

If Neil would have shared this with her, especially about Vidyut's condition, chances are Avni would have gone rouge and planned to go fight Vidyut herself, landing herself in troubles she wouldn't have even thought of. And if she did, it would have become even harder than it is already for Neil to prove her innocent. This time around, Avni needs to stand down. She needs to take a seat back. But she won't do it herself. She will have to be forced to do that. And hence, for all of this, Neil and Neela both decides to not involve Avni in this plan. She wouldn't have agreed to this plan in the first place. And even if she did (for the sake of it), again given the history, she would have done what she felt was right.

So yes, thats why it was important for Neil and Neela to not involve her in this plan. Even though she would in jail (which she doesn't deserve to be as Neil himself confesses) atleast she would still be in front of his eyes, not doing stuff that can land her in deeper troubles.

PS: Thats the only way he can protect her!

As usual very aptly put Mandy I loved today's episode everything had such deep meaning it was emotional and percap avni is a badass she is too good in doing action sequences

But have to admit it pained me to see avni in jail and in that jail costume I hope we don't have to see her in jail for more than a week 😕

I was dying to watch the episode because I usually check my Instagram and see updates but I had to go out so now I finally got the chance to watch. Neil respects Neela so much, she is like a mother to him and he never wants to fall in her eyes. Neil knows how much Neela counted on him being there for Avni and now she knows he will always be even if it means getting Avni's hatred in return to protect her.

The precap was amazing!! Avni is definitely like no other female lead I have seen, that fire to her character you don't see on ITV. I love that he is shown watching her every move though, he is going to be there for her in other ways.

So there is a leap, a couple months makes more sense than two years. I just refuse to believe Neil and Neela would ever let her spend that much time behind bars. I know for a fact Neil and Avni's separation does not last long but how things play out remain a mystery.

Mandy,i feel this lady don wil try runnin away frm Jail ,and tats how the leap mite happen..Not sure thou jus guessin..

That makes a lot of sense! Especially after she took off to the crime scene yesterday after telling Neil that she was going home. Her impulsiveness definitely lands her in trouble sometimes, and I can see Neil not wanting to take that risk with Vidhyut's threats fresh in his mind.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this! :)

Well said, Avni is impulsive and already issued a warning to Vidyut that he better hope she does not remain free or else his fate will be that of Dayawanti. Avni is dead serious here, all one has to do is look at her frame of mind and know she is not in a position where you want to mess with her. Neil is doing whatever he has to do to protect her.

Given that their separation won't last long I am guessing Avni is out of jail before the end of the week. Neil and Neela's new looks must factor into things and there is still the question of what Vidyut will do. Vidyut wants to keep his feud with Avni going, he desires her so will he really let her stay behind bars? Vidyut could bail her out, you never know but she won't be in jail for long. Don't worry about that.
