If u ask me honestly, handing her over to Vidyut will be like putting her in a Worst Jail where u cant even breath on ur own. And who better than AvNeil know it given the whole Mishti bacchao mission.! Moreover Vidyut ka everyday Lusty wala torture. I think Neil made a good choice. Avni will be atleast free spirited and on her own. Well about being punished for false accusations, i believe she invited this on herself.

Did Neil have any other choice than arresting her ? I'm not raising this question regarding Vidyut's deal . In general did he have any choice left . She was running away from the city which will only turn futile to her and Neil . If she runs away it will definitely give the impression that she did the crime and was running away to hide . Isn't it ? And added Neil will be blamed for that . He will be accused of keeping his wife in hiding . I agree she is mentally affected but she was the same Avni who right down denied Ali's idea of running away . Then all of a sudden what encouraged her to escape . I couldn't understand her thought process .

I am not justifying Neil here . Even if he didn't arrest commissioner will do the honors . Usually in these cases the suspect is arrested in the crime spot and kept on custody for 24 hrs and produced in court after that . But Avni was given a day's time .Fine agreed a person is not a criminal until it's proven. But in her case she had the gun pointed at Juhi , gun shot was heard , a bullet went missing from her gun , gun powder residue was found in her hands n fingers . If they even try to prove it was for defense , here Avni was the one threatening Juhi . When all the evidences are against her does Neil have any choice but to arrest . He has to do it anyways
