What Neil will get by putting avni in jail ???

1. She will be in a relatively protected area under somebody' watch

2. Neil will be jailer to watch her

3. Neil will get sometime to search for evidence

4. Vidyuth might try to contact avni and offer his help to free avni ( Neil is expecting this I guess) if such a thing happens and if avni accepts it then all charges on avni are dropped. Then neil can tell her the whole truth.

I think now Neil is waiting for vidyuth to reach out to avni in jail...and vidyuth will be trying to reach avni in jail but I feel in dono ko chakma deke first she will run away from there...disappointing both Neil and vidyuth. She will not contact neela ma or anybody. She will start searching for mishty and the evidence. I think this is what is going to happen.

If Avni escapes from the jail and not found by either of them that's when there could be a leap.. Till.then it should be few weeks of jail time.. Maybe we will get one full week of jail tashan? Or more?

Since the time Vidyut has put up his conditions, Neil kept on repeating one thing "Avni Bekasur hai to vo Saza kyu bhugtegi" "Mai joh karne wal hu tim mujhe maaf nahi kar paaogi" n all. It was to give impression to Viewers till last moment that he is Actually going to hand over Her to Vidyut. Even Vidyut thought the same and was all set to welcome her untill Neil Brought out that handcuffs and stumped him.
So they were trying to create suspense regarding Neil's decision on Vidyut's condition. U know that infamous "Audience ko aesa laga but actual me toh ye laga. Wow. Intersting." Something like that.

He actually took permission to arrest Avni from Neela Maa. He can never Hand her over to anyone, Good or Bad whatsoever.

The last time VR called Neil why did Neil say tumhe hee Avni sauphp raha hu/giving Avni to you...

Is Neil trading Avni freedom by giving Avni to him coz Avni is not guilty...the other side is he is arresting her coz he thinks she will be safe in Jail but knows VR will pull her out of jail proving her not guilty...

First thought Neil went to Neela to take permission to arrest but think he is trading her for her freedom

He may first arrest her by breaking all relationship to convince VR n then let VR pull her out of jail n provide Avni the protection by following her every move to bust VR
