Since the time AvNeil got married, Neil is the one who has been shown as struggling the most to make their marriage work. AvNeil's journey has been presented mainly as Neil's safar to remove Avni's misconceptions about men and relationships and to make her fall in love with him. In fact most of the songs played on AvNeil are male solo songs like ae dil hai mushkil, kuch khaas hai, naa seekha maine jeena which somewhere give me the feeling that in AvNeil's story, Neil will have the major role to play unlike in other shows where FL are supposed to hold on the relationship. Neil has worked really hard to earn Avni's love and trust. His depth of love for his wife is incomparable with MLs of other shows.So it cannot be him breaking the relation with Avni without any hidden motive and this time I feel he will be doing all these without letting Avni know. It can be so that he is not removed from the case and also by being rude and strict with Avni he wants to make Avni realize that how her impulsiveness can land her in such a grave situation, so that in future she learns to control herself. The bitter dose that Neil will give her is for a better future of theirs.But again watching Neil let Avni suffer in the jail will be painful for us to watch. Can we have something like Neil also living like a jail inmate in the house such as sleeping on the floor with Avni's photo in a dark room and eating only the food items which jail inmates are served? Even if they are far away I want to watch them emotionally connected through telepathy.
I am disappointed with promo mainly because of the way Neil is being shown breaking the marriage. Neil tearing the photo and dialogues would have been enough to convey the message. Wiping sindoor and breaking mangalsutra that too by husband himself were uncalled for when these acts are considered inauspicious in our culture. Hope nothing like this plays in the actual episode. From previous promos I have realized that cvs just release the promos and seek audience feedback for the writing the script for actual track so this time also it will be no different. But the way they have developed the tendency to drag the tracks, I am afraid out patience will be again be tested when they will keep on stretching the track without substance. Avni should not be made to stay in jail more than one week as storywise it will again raise questions on Neil's capabilities as police officer. Also this type of serious scenario means zero chances of seeing any light moments in the show.Hope spoiler of the two year leap and Neil turning jailor is fake. I don't mind cvs experimenting with new and unexplored tracks but they should not drag it to such an extent that if something goes wrong in the track ,that can't be undone and audience feel that they are being bored and tortured.
