Yup there is a high possibility.

Neil will plan to go on with the marriage to expose Chuhi without telling Avni. Neil won't involve her in planning fearing she will get into Ananya mode.

Avni will let the marriage preparation continue not knowing it's Neil's plan n wait till she gather all proof to expose Chuhi.
