Because you can't use the same wifi connection more than once even if you use a different device, which sucks. This poll is really clever, and can somehow pick up and recognise a wifi connection has already been used to vote. I voted from other phones by turning off wifi and turning on mobile data. Other than that, now I can only promote the poll and ask others to vote on social media as I have no other way to vote now.
