Saw this it looks like Mishti got hurt she has a bandage on her head so this may be why there is an OLV about blood work for Mishti. TC and OLVs are already reporting how the truth will be revealed soon about Mishti not being Neil's child, this could be why. Juhi was going to have to be back with the Khannas soon how else would Vidyut track her down? Don't worry Vidyut will be the savior to this track

In the OLV I watched Vidyut never talked about Mishti, all I saw was Neil and Vidyut going back and forth about Ragini and Juhi. Vidyut definitely has something brewing in that mind of his, he was cool as a cucumber and had this smug look on his face. I think Neil trying to frame Ragini is what will work against him.

It seems the truth about Mishti's paternity will come out in another way. either through the blood work they have done for her or maybe she does have diabetes like Vidyut. Mishti could have juvenile diabetes and that could be what finally gets Neil thinking because lets face it even if that spoiler had turned out to be true about Vidyut saying Mishti is his who would have believed him?? Neil is all about proof and that would be the proof he needs to realize he has been played for a fool
