Nowadays NK scenes do not have any significance or symbolism, they just show it for the sake of showing especially promises.

In the last few days Neil made so many promises but I didn't see him keeping any of them. Like the recent one, he promised Neela that he will fix everything but it seems he is messing up the things more.

Actually there is one more scene like that when Neil is about to enter the children's camp bebe and neela are doing aathi suddenly the Diya is about to go in the background u can see juhi standing and Neela ma manages to put her hands around Diya. I didn't understand what I meant too.
