Avneils whole plan is based on juhis theory that the child is Neil and juhis bacha...in such case even if they get the child away from vidyuth he cannot legally claim anything so that's why avni and Neil are trying to get the child in to Safezone before taking any action on vidyuth. They are simply going ahead on juhis face value they are trusting her words. Now like predicted by some in our forum the blow will be when they come to know that vidyuth is the real father then the whole dynamics will change...legally what they will be doing is a crime. Now the thing interesting will be is it vidyuth and juhis child or vidyuth and somebody else ( close to juhi) child. If juhi gave birth to that child At least there is a chance to claim in court but if she is not the mother then things complicate. Juhi cannot claim the child legally.
To get the child may be juhi lied to Neil. Because if somebody can help getting the child it can be Neil. She probably thought she will take the child and go away. Now if she is indeed positive then her crying might be because of watching what the family is going through.
But even in the flashbacks she appeared suspicious. Is she afraid what if Neil comes to know that vidyuth is the father????...probably that is the reason she wants to tag along neil to know what is going on.
If juhi lied to Neil then Neil will be furious because this directly puts avni in danger and what she is doing is against law and also Neil's position in police dept also will be at risk.
