I get it. The entire planning doesn't make sense. Keeping the family in the dark and shiz. Too much flair. But yes. Imagine if a kid is in danger. Any rational person would save the kid first and decide what to do with the kid later.
Like duh. Planning for adoption or no adoption or whatever, comes much later.Also. Neil isn't devoid of emotions. No one is devoid of emotions. They just know how to keep it under check. And he need not apologise for anything. He might have left her at the altar - but that was part of their plan. The suicide may not have been. But Neil would have left enabling Avni's sudden exit from the house. Otherwise it won't make sense right. Also, as far as the kid being his or not is concerned, I guess Neil would have considered and kept that point aside. Because, when he talks to Neela, he clearly says, even if it is not my child, I would save her because she's an innocent kid. Whatever whatever. So they would get to it later. First things first. The whole planning thing isn't perfect or justified. Keeping the family in the dark on the whole is idk. Weird. But it's to keep audience in the dark. Basically. Other than that. I don't see anyone having to apologise to anybody. I speak only for myself, but I absolutely adore Neil. As a character. So I am more of a Neil fan. Though I love Avni. I never see why he needs to be wrong. Coz he isn't. Having a kid before marriage isn't a crime. Whether a man or a woman. Not being apologetic on that front isn't wrong.
