If it is really Neil's child - family reactions

I am all for avni and Neal
But I'm still surprised that all of Neil's family is siding for avni/Neil

Neil claims this daughter is his/juhi
In most traditional shows, don't they like the parents to stay together for the sake of the child?

In this one, it seems no one cares that Neal is the father
They're all avni avni

I don't know
I'm little shocked that everyone is so progressive
But I guess that's why I like the show
