Thought we have spoilers that its all AvNeil's plan...unko todi na pata tha ki juhi suicide karne wali hai. So, may be avni and neil planned to fake misunderstanding between them and later avni goes to goa.. but as all this happened... She just goes on that day only.

May be she got to know about the bachi ..and so she goes to goa, sends him some info..and later he joins her in Goa...?
