So this episode was the most dreaded for the fandom but it was actually not that bad maybe because most played out in OLVs so I knew what to expect going into this episode.

Before the storm hit, it was bliss watching the family so excited for their wedding and Avni indeed looked gorgeous as a bride. I'm glad we got a few moments where Neil and Avni were just immersed in each other and enjoying what should have been the happiest day of their lives. It would have been the perfect wedding but sadly Juhi ruined all that. I still say her suicide was not a part of the plan, it couldn't have been.

The scenes at the hospital, Juhi was definitely playing on the sympathy of Neil and his family she is taking advantage of their kindness now and his family has had enough. Juhi really backed Neil into a corner which is why he said those dialogues about how she is not alone and he wouldn't leave her. It was a promise he hesitated to make and even the hug there was a clear disconnect there, at least from Neil's side.

Neela and Avni's scenes were touching, I feel for Avni her emotions are real when it comes to seeing Juhi and Neil together and now she has a newfound respect for both her mothers. Neela refuses to let history repeat, she is encouraging Avni to fight for her rights and that Neil is not Ashish.

This entire week belongs to Shweta, seriously what a transformation for this character! I remember there was a time where Shweta would get pleasure seeing Avni's tears, she would be completely heartless but today she was anything but that! Shweta ripped into Neil for leaving Avni at the altar, not bothering to turn back and breaking his promise to never leave her hand. It was AWESOME! Neil did not look affected by this which really makes you wonder to what extent he and Avni have gone to make his family believe he has truly prioritized Juhi and her child over Avni. It is still a mystery but for now I fully supported Shweta ripping into Neil and asking what would happen to Juhi if Neil waited a few hours? DD was there for Juhi, she was getting the help she needs - bang on Shweta, bang on! Shweta is not going to spare Juhi, you just know Shweta is reaching the end of her patience with Juhi's interference in the lives of her children.

Precap: FINALLY Vidyut enters the show! I cannot wait to see his scenes with Avni, I don't think I have ever been this excited for a villain's entry!

This episode was a total act by Avneil...Neil dialogue before the vows start was reassurance of Neil to Avni for their mission ahead...may be Juhi suicide was not an act for some reason I feel it was even Juhi n DD part of it

But what I don't understand why Avneil are acting all this out...Neil did not want to hurt the family but he has real bad...why couldn't they have take them in confidence or atleast Neela in confidence...

@Prani08, yes overseas TRPs don't count which is probably for the best since SP is no longer available to fans where I live the channel was replaced by &TV sadly. Our only hope is Hotstar which has started working for us in Canada.

Who knows if Juhi is planning this on her own, I just do not trust her character anymore. It could all be a part of her plan to have Neil and Avni believe she is being threatened. Me neither! She could be planning all this with VP, and maybe that's why Neil is misleading everyone by saying he's going to Auckland and not Goa.

@nilsa, you saw that too? I noticed Neil's vows to Avni before their wedding took place it is clear where his heart lies. Neil just lit up seeing Avni as a bride and rightfully so she looked beautiful!! His expression was so beautiful!

Tell me about it when it comes to Juhi being two faced, she is trying hard to make Neil believe she is not trying to come between him and Avni but her actions say otherwise. It is like Shweta said why do this drama now? Juhi knew very well what this day meant for Neil and Avni and she ruined it.Shweta was on fire today! She literally said everything we wanted to say!

Indeed the episode was not as bad as OLVs made it out to be thank goodness, I was seriously dreading opening this episode on Hotstar but it turned out to be well worth the watch. I agree with you, I do not believe Neil had intentions to walk out on Avni during their wedding nor do I believe it was planned that she would leave Neil in this manner. I know they had a plan in place but sometimes things just do not go as planned. Also it would explain Neil at the hospital when he asked Neela where Avni is, had he known in advance she was leaving he would not have asked Neela her whereabouts. Exactly! I'm looking forward to see Neil's breakdown on Monday. Zain is going to nail those scenes, and it's going to be a treat to watch!

Honestly I couldn't be more relieved with how Neil reacted in the hospital to Juhi's suicide attempt, in the OLVs they made Neil's emotions appear much more shaken than what actually played out in the episode itself. Neil has clearly moved on from Juhi, the disconnect was present and kudos to Zain for showing Neil's emotions when it comes to his past and present. If this were Avni in Juhi's place he would have been a wreck! Also during that hug who was he looking for? Was it Avni? Yes, he was looking for her! Doesn't he always? 😳

@Sammy17, exactly even without the suicide drama it is her clinging to Neil that would make you angry with her character. Juhi knows very well that Neil is a married man, that he has a wife yet she is being completely inconsiderate to this fact. It doesn't take rocket science to know why Neela, Bebe and Shweta are not buying into her sympathy games. Shweta is ready to snap!! She's a pressure cooker ready to blow her top off. And it's going to be amazing when she does! I cannot wait for Shweta to be in full sherni mode. You've messed with the wrong Mama Bear, Juhi!


@sps0114, This is what I want to know why are Neil and Avni going to such grave extents to have their loved ones believe Neil does not care for Avni? That he is being insensitive towards her emotions? It is just not in their characters to be this so whatever this twist is has to be a big for them to not want to take their family into confidence. I honestly think it's because they do not trust Juhi and to have the whole family know this increases the likelihood of Juhi finding out too, and they can't take that chance!

@Pohutukawa This is not a GK or EK show, had that been the case Avni and Neil would have been separated for real by now. You would have seen Avni being the mahaan sacrificial bahu and Neil, he wouldn't have been so clear about whom he loves so soon nope they would have dragged it out and had it seem like Neil still loved Juhi and not Avni. These CVs did it right by showing there is only one woman for Neil and that is Avni, Juhi holds no place in his heart. Avni and Neil are growing stronger despite each test they face and that is one of the USPs to their pairing. Absolutely! This show is all about breaking the stereotypes of ITV. And NK is doing an amazing job at this. There's none of that regular saas-bahu drama, etc.
