Its hard to say if it is edited or not but it could be real, the cast took lots of pics with the little girl who played Avni.

This can't be edited. I remember that aditi and arsheen are both wearing the same clothes they wore on that episode of ganpati visarjan, where everybody was sad thinking ali is dead and avni has FB of her and ali in childhood. Arsheen was wearing that same exact top in the FB and off screen IV for it, and aditi wore that very same saree for that day. This is real for sure. The only thing edited about it is the filter or something that has been put over the pic.
