Its false. Reasons?
1. Gurumaa was the one who faked Juhi( Meher's accident)
2. Daya never saw Juhi before she visited Gurumaa in jailand
3. The writeup is fully messed, making no sense at all,indicating the author has no idea what he/she has written

This is not so fake as he says it in this video.

I think it's a way to get Juhi and leave Pandit in the mystery. So, we'll say they're going to put all this on Daya's back for now and leave us with Pandit again the great mystery.
