The upcoming twist of Star Plus's show Naamkaran will show that Ali will finally turn positive once again as he will realize that Avni and Neil love each other. Ali has been in love with Avni since many years and hopes to get her love too.
Riya manipulates Ali and makes him believe that Avni does not love Neil and is unhappy in her marriage with him. Ali thinks that he has to save Avni from her relation with Neil and therefore decides to express his feelings to her. However, viewers will soon get to see that Ali will realize that his thoughts about Neil and Avni's relation were wrong as they are in love with each other. As Ali realizes that Avni does not love him and loves Neil instead, he decides to back off and does not want to interfere between them any longer.
However, Neil's mother Shweta is constantly trying to break apart Neil and Avni's relationship. Shweta instigates Ali to get close to Avni and make her away from Neil. However, Ali is no longer interested to create trouble between Neil and Avni and he refuses to help Shweta in her evil plans. Viewers will now get to see that Ali will turn completely positive and will help Neil and Avni to unite and will become a perfect friend for both of them.
With Ali refusing to support them, let's wait and see what will be Shweta and Riya's next evil move.
