Neel is deperate to stop her, so he would shout Avni. Shouting Ananya means he's thought about the situation, shouting Avni means he's panicking at the prospect that Avni's leaving.

In this situation him yelling Avni is normal. He is calling out to her in desperation. Am I the only one who hopes she goes missing for some weeks and Neil keeps looking for her and they meet out of the blue again?

Maybe it's too much to ask, but I would love that. No more Saas Bahu BS, and just a pure love story for some time at least.
