You raise some brilliant points. I wonder if back then when he married shweta, was prakash rich then too, because prakash said that it was bebe who had set up prakash's business or helped him something like that. That's what neil said. I'm wondering this, because prakash said to neil that after veer died, shweta became really emotionally broken down, and he felt sorry for shweta so he married her thinking her to be a nice girl. What if she tried to gain sympathy from prakash as she saw he had a lot of money? It's possible! Bebe also said that after shweta came in the house, her daughter, maddy married that man, ultimately blaming shweta's presence for being inauspicious and the cause of the mishaps. Maybe shweta really did have some involvement in maddy marrying that abusive husband of hers? Maybe she encouraged maddy?

Did CVS give so much importance for Swetha's characterisation?

Like her plans in marrying Prakash yrs back ..may be she had a big hand in Maddy marrying her abusive husband..since swetha was not gud at heart and as she was reason behind Maddy's wedding bebe might taught tht she destroyed both her kids life..

Frm the beginning it was Prakash ji who was adjusting so much with this lady..he is really paying for his wrong decision😆 Tillu bachgaya frm his mom's super choice rhea..waise bhi we need to wait and watch bebe's cleverness in identifying people after all she believed Swetha, Ali and rhea and questioning Avni's character Whom she was praising all these days..

Shweta is clearly not a good human, she kept making faces at Maddy when she was explaining her hardships of life, while she can't empathise she can't even sympathise... Prakash is a blind fool if he thinks his wife is a good woman, Neil knows she isn't so and doesn't bend to her and Avni needs to stop colouring Shweta as a good person, all she saw is only her negative side then why is she so keen on supporting her saas!! especially when her saas doesn't flinch for even a second.

SP's nayi soch is limited to any one soch in a show like in this show they tried to portray a strong girl's character, SGP was the only show where I ever saw a good saas-bahu relationship.

To be honest m glad Neil is not like shweta.He has mind of his own n guys till the time he husband supports Na in sasuraal girl is happy.no mother in law is happy with daughter in law.if juhi would have been alive shweta would have treated her the same way she s treating avni

Shweta is not a good person. She talks too much and she humiliates people and enjoys doing so. She did it to Rhea then now to Avni and even Neela. She clearly doesn't even have any sympathy for Maddy and is a typical sister in law who thinks that the husband's sister is a burden etc. I think Bebe is spot on about Shweta. She is mean. She's not nice at all. I am sure there are things about her Bebe knows that even Neil doesn't.

As for Saab bahu saga, yes hate it. Hate cliched Saas who hates Bahu for no apparent reason. Acts like she's her sautan not her DIL etc. Fed up of such stories. At least Bebe doesn't like Shweta the person. Not necessarily coz she's her DIL.

As for Avni. She's acting too naive. Can't she see how awful her Saas is? Does she really believe her? I guess she does coz Tillu told her to leave? So she maybe thinks he does want out of the marriage. So much confusion. Yes Bebe knows that the marriage happened under some sort of drama. But Prasad told Bebe that Neel loves Ananya. So I bet she thinks the marriage is real.
