I like the character of neela very much.though she is not real mother to avni she took care of her these many years and regard avni as her own daughter.she didnt have any personal enemity with daya.but for avni she stood against her.
She is one of my favourite character in the show.

As far as I know Diksha murdered Neela's father so even Neela also has a personal revenge to take from Mehtas but yes Neela's relationship with Avni is amazing and as an individual character Neela is very very strong actually much more strong than Asha was or Avni is... Neela is very practical and she has a heart of gold 👏
