If neil is akash, and avni is the girl who he is in love with who has supposedly died, doesn't that mean he is kind of betraying ali? Neil is friends with ali, and he knows ali is in love with avni since 15 years, and if neil is akash and avni is the girl he loves, then knowing ali is in love with avni, if after avni's truth is revealed to him that she isn't ananya but avni, wouldn't neil/akash be betraying ali knowing that he loves avni and yet he proceeds to get close to avni? I know that ther has not be a certain revelation yet of all this, and neither has neil done anything that could be considered cheating on ali and stealing the girl he loves, but the truth is also that ali considers neil his friend and told him repeatedly about his love for avni, so neil would be in the wrong to advance towards avni if he found out she was the same avni that ali is in love with.
But it is evident that ali will find out before neil does about ananya being avni, as from the very first moment he saw ananya he sensed she was avni, and even in yesterday's episode ali was looking for her and he called her both ananya and avni in the same sentence in a way that he was unsure which name he should call her by as she is calling herself ananya, but he feels she is avni so he called her by both names.
