I wouldn't say they united. It was more of a bargain offer. HKP asked for Ritik in exchange of saving him I think and maybe Shivu said they will let him choose but HKP asked to go to him first. And with her twisted logic thought that once he comes to know how much she"loves" him then he will defo choose her. That's why she stopped Shivu from going to Ritik after nevla died and instead ran to him and took all credit of killing nevla and saving his life..even pointed out how she was oh so hurt by few scratches for him..like Ritik blind ho gaya tha and didn't see what exactly happened in front of him. 🤣 🤣

BD nahi hota toh pretty sure Ritik would have had a huge hand in defeating nevla with Shivu.

No idea about MQ but there's a good chance that she can shape shift too. And I think in the segment Shivu was wearing that green cloth to turn into mermaid naagin so maybe it is her but she shape shifts into MQ and captures HKP by catching her off guard.

And even Yamini commented on HKP ki jism ki aag for Ritik..even teased her about kamasutra. 🤣
