Actually i don't think so much that for a show, where we had illogical track numerous times, you call their childhood scenes as blooper?? but than Sesha did say long bk that their mother's were sisters, that explains everything, and i dont think anyone said Shivanya is less powerful, she couldn't smell coz she is too occupied with Rithik's thoughts and jealous of that mayuri as she kept flirting with Rithik since start so she was very much occupied with such thoughts, regarding that 25yrs and gaining power, i think that track was introduced to get Rivanya married as Yamini kept pressuring him to marry before 25, so that's why it was introduced i don't think cvs would show any track in future where she would gain power after 25th year, by now cvs might hv forgotten abt it too, as focus is completely on Yamini.Originally posted by: slippery_chilka

Shivanya is special because she was born ichaadhari. Shesha did tapasya like she said. She did not say she was born ichadari. She could have remained a child till her 100 years tapasya is done. Which makes her more powerful..right now. This in no terms means that Shivu is a weak naagin. She is just young and like they explained, she does not have her full powers yet. She will gain them on her 25th birthday.
