One is how come Ritik didn't recognise Shesha? They had met when she was in the guise of a waitress and Shivanya said she is my friend. He should have recognised her and put two and two together and realised that Shivanya is a naagin or atleast an enemy.
Second, in an earlier episode, they showed Yamini call Anky Mali kaka. But then they showed that it wasn't Yamini, so everybody thought it was the naagin but both the naagins were unaware of this as was shown recently. So, probably it was Yamini. What is weird is that now when the secret is out, she is suddenly calling Anky mali all the time. But that day, Anky had yelled at Yamini and they were alone and she had said that I never call you by that name. Now, she is slapping him around and treating him like dirt and calling him only Mali.
