I believe the key to watching Naagin is to, like itself, not to take it too seriously. Like the mongoose and naagin romance had me ROFLing but I would still watch it to pass time. And RiVanya is love - right from the fireflies scene. And the fact that I have fast forwarded 90% of GuruMa scenes. Like, she does act well but I really don't want her on my screen, no offense to anyone.

But, honestly, I think a major part of the accolade goes to the star cast. I've been marathoning the episodes from ep 14 onwards and the cast really does act well, be it the vessel for Maa Kali or other passing roles. I'm not expecting much from it since it is an Ekta show but I would love to interact with the forum, if time permits. It's been a really long time since I've come across a forum with intellectual members that discuss stuff more than member hate, actor hate and/or just sit and hate on the show. Major hugs.

Now if anyone could tell me - was there an episode on 10 Jan? Colors hasn't uploaded one of their channel. If yes, link please.

(To any PKYEK fan, Kabir has a new show on Star. Like a Diya and Baati hai spin off, only with cricket instead of IAS as the main leads passion. I stumbled across the promo this morning.)

I follow Mouni on instagram and yes, it seems that she is very well-read and intelligent. perhaps one of the very few actresses who attended university and if not for her acting gigs, she would have gone to study for a masters degree as well. I watched an interview of hers a long time ago, and she said that her father gave her the option to study towards a PHD abroad if she chose to. quite obvious that she had high academic goals, very refreshing to know. However, one does not have to attend university to be intelligent- they just need to read and be a little more aware of the world beyond them. most of the actresses seem too shallow to do that :)

I simply adore arjun, he is a phenomenal actor, well groomed, well dressed and incredibly charming offscreen. He brings so much charisma and life to rithik Raheja.

As for the show, you are right, one of the best ways to enjoy it is to not take it too seriously. The main leads are amazing and Rivanya is just...beyond perfection. they are the only couple who managed to captivate me from their first scene together. usually chemistry takes a while to develop but these two had a magnetic pull since the first episode. In addition, I'm really impressed that writers actually managed to write a very grey character in the form of shivanya and of course rithik is a sweetheart.

Not expecting much from this show either, especially because the ratings are so high and we all know how greedy balaji is. I will enjoy for now

Pomegranate: Hey love! I forgot your name, I'm so sorry for that. It's just that I haven't been around much so all I do is recognise people by their ID which hopefully, most of the time are their names or pseudonyms. Ooh, Mouni study goals is news to me. I'm not stating that one needs to read a ton of books to be considered well read; among us there are so many individuals who would borrow a book, click a selfie with it and return it or basically borrow your book and use it as their accessory for months without even reading past the first page. To me, that's annoying. I would rather have someone openly claim that they have no interest in the outside world or the world of books than to have them pretend to do the same. I respect the former, latter not so much. Just a personal opinion, sorry. :)

Arjun is love. Please do check his social media - he is besotted with his little family and that is so charming. Especially his son, who is love. And his wife is so nice too, courtesy to an interview I once had the privilege to watch.

Naagin is well crafted and one of the boons it has is the fact that it is a bi-weekly show which means that it doesn't have to follow the annoying an arc per week trend which basically ruins shows. I would love it if like Asian dramas Indian television would take up the trend of two episodes per week. What Naagin shows if religiously followed is what is four 20 minute episodes as followed to six or seven 20 minute episodes the show has. It doesn't overwork the cast, provides quality over quantity and it a magnificent watch and is semi-live shoot with real locations (if I'm not wrong).

With what Balaji did to YHM, the more disconnected I am to Naagin, the better it is. The ratings were a pleasant surprise though - but the show deserved it.

I'm studying for exams, so I won't be around much but I am then I would love to check Arjun's At, comb the forum or just message you. And you can always leave me your number, if you want, (PM) and we can get to WA once I get the app. I would love to stay in touch with you.

Luckily for me, today is Saturday. I have to wait for tomorrow though, I can't watch it on my TV. Parents.

No epi aired on 10 jan coz of stardust awards...
M,in love with rivanya...😆
Have loved mouni as sati and now loving her as shivanya.
Regarding Arjun,I have watched his previous shows in bits n pieces but he completely made me fall in love with Ritik
Ada khan doing An amazing job too
