Mainly because of supernatural story and of course because of Adaa and Mouni .

its due to ekta kapoor dear...its not fst time ekta is giving any no.1 show...if naagin belong to colors than yhm and kumkum Bhagya are also the no.1 shows of their respective channels...and both belong to ekta...if we say its due to mouni i knw her from ksbkbt time..in the mid so many shows but real popularity she got from naagin and so with adaa..amrit mathan still known by adaa name more than female lead but adaa also entered into no.1 zone with the help of naagin...and if we talk about sizzling chemistry...ekta and her investments on show is too good koii aurr bhii hotaa shayd naagin tab bhii no.1 hi hotaaa

All the actors n chatacters are superb 👍🏼

Story plot...family...romance...revenge...and sss naagin ❤️ masaledar entertainment 100 % 😉

And its weekend show 😃

In my opinion this show is getting such trp because

1.speedy and great story telling
2.mind blowing acting by the actors
3.very less high voltage drama
4.family drama with lots of romance which is liked by young viewers as well as oldies
5.lead couple chemistry
6.popular and leading production house
7.leading gec
8.break from typical and irritating rondlu baahus 😆
9. Much needed break from bakwass, illogical saas-bahu sagas
10.entertaining weekend

There r a lot of reasons for the show success but i guess rivanya love story clicked with the audience ...
Then its ekta's show...actors r also doing a fab job...and its speedy and fast

I would definitely go for the speedy story telling.

I am very attracted by the fact that every episode, we uncover new truths and facts about the family and there is a climactic portion where the naagin gets closer to her goal. Sometimes they even surprise us with new information that we didn't expect i.e I was a bit confused about the "mali kaka" thing until he shouted at her not to call him that.

Unlike daily soaps, you cannot miss a single episode because it will leave you very lost at the next one.

That is not to say that the leads are not entertaining (to be honest, I find a lot of the side actors wayy too over-the-top, starting with the drunk sister) - their chemistry is really cute and quite hatke at other times.

But many other stories also have good leads which still cannot save the show when the storyline gets draggy.

I hope they keep this up because it is definitely working extremely well for them. And I also hope others could pick up on this trend soon.
