Maybe they are going to reveal that soon? but they don't look all that close to me

Is the naag mani known to have any other magical properties or simply to provide good fortune?

Can ichadaari naagins age? Shivanya obviously has grown up, but Sesha seems to be of the same age as in the flashbacks that were shown in the promos. 😕

Okay, but if the Rahejas belong to a royal family, wouldn't they already have wealth, fame etc.? What would be the need for them to go and brutally murder people to gain this? It's not like they stayed back to rule over everybody. They just took everything and fled. It seems a bit odd... Especially the way Chotte Malik's portrait has been covered and hidden from everyone.

I feel like their fear is predominately rising from what their children will think of them if they all found out the truth. Wealth, fame etc. has only been created for their kids. But what they seem to be prioritizing is loyalty, commitment, faith and a deep trust within each other. If they don't have each other's backs, then for what use is money?
  • maybe as it is related...coz with shivanya gaining power she can harm the family by 25 hence ritik needs to be married off to protect him from the harm or it might be something else...i think we have to wait for this aspect of the story..it may even be related to his ancestor and shesha
This is very interesting. I understand that the age is a creative choice but then connection between them has to be greater than a mere coincidence. Perhaps you're right and it is related to the past. Sesha said that history will be repeating itself. Maybe her husband was killed when he was 25?
  • that even stupefies me😆..if the guy was around looking the same with same hairstyle 20 years back ,assuming he was even 20..that should make him around 40 now 😕😆
This is what really confused me! If Viren looked the exact same 20 years ago, shouldn't he have aged at least a little by the time he's around 40?? Sesha didn't age, the red sapera didn't age, Anky is fit as ever. It's like they all drank same amrit jal or something. 😆
  • i have this doubt that he is not their child at all...he seems to be really the odd one out among the clowns...on a serious note there is more to his childhood and past life i think...but right now ritik is the eldest after viren the creep...and his drunk elder sister i think...
Oohh, this is very interesting! I do find it odd how he is being set up to be the successor of the household and business when his older brother (or siblings) are still there. Shouldn't Viren be in charge? 🤔 Because even when Anky talks to Rithik, it seems like he is the oldest or the most doted child of them all. But is there something specific that stood out to you that made you think of this?
  • shesha has no connection to shivanya's story i think ,she is helping her along with the snake charmer to get back the naagmani and take revenge..but she has her own hidden agenda, motive as it seems ,her husband was killed by these same people ,also she is specifically targeting ritik and was screaming at that portrait of his ancestor that she will kill him for sure..hence in later episodes we may get to know her real motive and for all we know she and that snake charmer manipulated shivanya for their own reasons
Hmm... do you think Shivanya knows of Sesha's plans? That could be possible. Since Shivanya is targeting multiple people from the Raheja's house, Rithik's death could be pinned on her as well.
  • it seems she does want to kill everyone but we have seen her targetting ritik and then those nightmares he suffers...that story is yet to unfold
Maybe she's attacking Rithik because of his ancestor's royal status? Perhaps she figured that since he was the head of the monarch, all royal attacks that are launched have been authorized by him when that may not even be the case?
  • other than EK ka typical stupidity ,i find no other logical explanation for this ...i really hope it is not bride swap ...it makes no sense...ritik will remove that veil to apply sindhoor and she will be caught and even after marriage if she is caught ,her whole mission fails..the sympathy she is getting from everyone ,she loses it in one go and even from ritik...making her task even more impossible given everyone will have an eye on her ...she cannot be that stupid..i hope all the icchadaari naaghins protest against EK if it does happen for mocking their intelligence to this extent ..this is just a 36 episode series and they have no time to play the saas bahu and the scorned tanvi card
It really does not make sense. Shivanya's revenge is directed at the family, not Rithik. She is already living in their house and will be making her attack really soon. So what is the need for her to marry him? 😕 It makes more sense for Sesha to attack a lover/husband than for Shivanya to. I really hope they don't fall into the saas-bahu nonsense. It's a finite series about revenge. These incredibly powerful women are out for vengeance. I really don't wish to see them be equated with the typical daily bahus. :/

as the time passes we all will have many more questions and no answers to it ...maiyya and her soapy twists 😆

LOLL, I feel like the more answers you guys give me, the more questions I seem to have. I just want to know so much more!

Does it matter to whom he gets married or will any girl do?

At this point, I'm so much more interested in Sesha's revenge and the whole mystery behind the royal portrait. There is just so much that worked with there!

Loll, I wouldn't blame Yamini for falling into the pandit's words. She is simply so gullible when it comes to all this stuff. 😆

the order from eldest to youngest is
Amrita Ritik Angad (kids of Ankush) and Viren Divya (cousins of Ritik)
viren is the oldest then amrita. followed by Ritik Angad and Divya. premier epi divya mentioned her age as 17.

OOHHH!!! Now it makes so much sense! But that was such a cheap move in not making Amrita the successor. Her constant drinking and lack of interest in the family household.. it's really cheap stunt. They could have easily made her one of the leading ladies who is able to manage and handle major corporate empires but is unable to keep her liquor down. Simply to make Rithik be the one who is most invested in the business and one of the most capable ones of handling the empire.. I don't know. It doesn't sit right with me.

Sesha remains the biggest mystery in the entire drama. as of now its being shown her target is all the rahejas, but her venomous monologue directed at the portrait spells doom for Ritik!

Hmm.. then why is it that Sesha didn't question Shivanya when she saved Rithik? Did she simply let it go knowing that without Rithik it would not be possible for Shivanya to gain her revenge? But wouldn't her desire to personally gain vengeance by attacking the evil perpetrators be squandered? Wouldn't she feel the desire to gain some sort of revenge of herself?

This is the weirdest twist 😆 but may be, may be, my opinion is the pandit ji said Ritik needs to get married before he turns 25 to prevent all the bad happening to him, co-incidentally shivanya turns all powerful, and all her Vardaans from Shivji will only be active after she turns 25. may be the marraige wasnt needed for Shivanya to carry out her revenge, but due to the marriage she wont be able to harm Ritik.
we know from the backstory Ritik isnt a prime target for Shivanya, so she has nothing against him, but towards the 5 people who killed her parents and the stole the Naag-mani. but somehow sesha is targetting Ritik. we know naag naagins believe in love and eternal companionship. The matrimonial bond between Ritik and Shivanya would make her "dutiful" towards her husband and she would safeguard Ritik.

What if the swap is merely done to stall the marriage? What if she sits there and creates all this drama so that the time passes and Rithik turns 25? But wouldn't her marriage then impose on Sesha's revenge? As a naagin herself, Shivanya knows that nothing will stop a naagin from exacting her revenge. Wouldn't it then become futile for her to try to protect Rithik? Also, it makes no sense for Shivanya to marry Rithik at all. She doesn't love him, nor does she particularly like anyone from the family. And even if they do get married, how the hell is Rithik going to be okay with his wife being not only a shape-shifter, but also the murderer of five members of his family? There is nothing here that will be able to justify this marriage in a logical manner, especially from the position where their relationship stands. They are still acquaintances and have't necessarily reached that stage where they can call each other friends. Their actions are more of clearing out debts or favors rather than helping each other out merely for the sake of it.

or may be it can also happen we are getting the bride swap all wrong. may be an overdose of Maiyya serials and the lame twists so far making us believe with naagin she would do the same, but lets see she just want to suprise us. it might not be a bride swap, Tanvi might walk out or somehow fate intervenes and Ritik gets married to Shivanya knowing fully well its Shivanya.
And honestly am not taking taking the promo seriously, about Ghonghat. for the prime reason the long shot of the Mandap used in the promo was a scene from Meri Ashiqui Tum se hi, mouni wasnt in the set that day, she was in Delhi and only Arjun available in the set. that was the best they could do with the available resources🤣

What if it's a dream that Rithik has? He has been having dreaming of flashbacks, maybe now he progressed to the future? 😆 I wish it's anything but a true bridal swap. I don't think I'll be able to digest it all too well. 🤔

Yes! I have so many question! More have risen than have been answered.

How old is Viren, he looks like has aged a day in 25 years. How are Sesha and Shiv connected?? Like is this a friend helping a friend, or two revenge plots combined together, or some ulterior motive by Sesha? And bride swapping, whats the deal-o??

it is a serial, don't think too much about anything.
I suspect that whatever wealth raheja's have achieved is through the naagmani and all types of treachery. Ankush probably feels guilty about it which is why he wants to hide it from rithik, and perhaps losing the naagmani means losing all their wealth.who knows if the haveli originally belonged to them or they acquired it through questionable means.

I think viren is rithik's cousin, so technically rithik is the heir if the property and wealth belongs to ankush.

as for the mandap swap, there is no logical reason for it. ekta is just using her usual trope, this way they can turn tanvi into a vamp and start the stupid saas bahu drama.
