As for the whole how Hritik will be able to overcome Shivanya killing his family. Maybe that relates to the whole "love overcomming revenge/ anger" tagline of the show? And the wedding swap also confuses me. Another promo mentions that Shivanya chooses to sit in the mandap knowing that the night is the same one in which nagin's true form is revealed regardless of if they want or not. So maybe Shivanya plans to execute her master killing plan then? Kill the Raheja's in public? Watch them suffer in public?

it still a stupid idea because she will be exposed before the public as well? promos can be misleading and maybe we are missing something but I'm entirely against shivanya tricking everyone and taking tanvi's place. No one particularly cares for her in the raheja household but this stunt is a surefire way to get everyone to hate her? is this what she wants? really stupid twist if it happens how the promos are showing it. the way I'm seeing it, this will be a supernature show with the usual ekta kapoor flare, supernatural saas bahu drama😆

And I also definitely feel like Yamini was one of the people in Shivanya's mom's eyes. It's the 5th person who confuses me. The head shape is like Hritik's. But from the timeline, it's impossible for it to be Hritik because he was only 5 then.

Yamini may be the biggest villain, the times of india article said her character is similar to aroona irani's in the movie "beta"

And I also strongly feel like while it may look like Shivanya is using Sesha for her plan, it's actually the opposite with Sesha using Shivanya. Sesha's revenge seems much older. It was mentined that her husband died and that she tried for 100 yrs in order to become nagin and she's also the one with the direct connection to Hritik (coming in his dreams, screaming at the portrait of his look-alike ancestor). I think Sesha is using Shivanya to get rid of the Raheja family (who are carefully protecting Hritik) in order to get Hritik alone to kill him.

Maybe that's when the battle starts? Maybe that's when Shivanya refuses to let Sesha kill Hritik and Sesha reveals to Hritik that Shivanya was responsible for his family death and maybe that;s where the whole show tagline kicks in and Hritik forgives Shivanya? But Sesha doesn't give up?

this show has opened phenomenally well with a 4.2 rating. it is great but I wonder if this will encourage colours and ekta to extend the show or add a bunch of nonsense in the name of masala.

Is there another younger real son (the one who is always with the older drunk sister) ? So maybe Yamini wants Hritik to find out truth/ die? Maybe that's why she keeps bringing up the whole 20 yrs thing while the dad wants to keep it hush-hush. It would also partially justify the overreating Sudha Chandran is doing LOL. But evil step-mother is such a usual trope.

And yeah, like you, I'm also really disapointed with the whole mandap swap thing. I hope the promo's are misleading. I don't want them to get married at this point. I hope Ekta has something different up her sleeve. She can be creative when she wants to. Maybe Sesha enters at that point? Maybe it's Sesha in disguise pretending to be Shivanya? Like you said, there doesn't seem to be love lost between them. It's an alliance of convenience. Althgouh, I do wonder if the little kid Shivanya considered to be her little sister is significant/ will show up again..

And tbh, I don't think they'll extend the show. Ekta has said that the show is actually an experiment in finite shows for them. I feel like Ekta's over keeping dying shows afloat just to keep them on-air. Or maybe that's just me being hopeful 😆

I waiting to see how the mandap swap drama pans out. it could be that tanvi "disappeared" in the last minute and it was yamini's idea to put shivanya there😆 not taking it too seriously otherwise I will uncessarily get angry over a tv show. marriage will happen for sure though.

btw I noticed a couch in rithik's room, thats where he will be sleeping after the wedding😛
