I thinking same will happen

From yesterday Naagin6 episode, I loved the scene where raghu has declared one child as dead and prathna not willing to accept and not at all leaving the child. It was such an emotional scene and I too cried. Tejasswi is very good at fire and emotional scenes.

But the professor scene where it is discussed about upcoming mahammari and trying to get shesh naagin to solve the problem looks repeated. Even though circumstances are different but they could have opted some interesting concepts there.

I think, the 2nd child will be exchanged by villains. When raghu kept her at side for sometime to brave other child, they might have taken that child and kept other one who will become negative I guess. The child who got saved will be positive. And they may lead story to next season. This is my understanding from the episodes of naagin6 till now.
