Hey all i am silent reader here.

I used to watch naagin from s1 to s5 but for s6 this virus theme is not going well with me. i feel i might quit soon the desh bhakti dialogues are too much to hear i really loved supernatural themes for naagin series but the n6 theme itself is not going so well with me. I really miss watching naagin but i can't handle the theme. Anyone else feeling the same ?

Am I the only one who has problem with the theme? 🤔

But I feel this is better than season four and season two too. But everyone has their views.

But s6 the virus and corona is making me a bit divert from the show. They should have used some other theme or something else than taking corona or saving desh thing.

But as you said everyone have their pov. I just wanted to know am i the only who has problem with the theme ? Because i see many good reviews on twitter and everywhere but for some reason i am unable to connect 😁 so i just want to know am I normal or expecting too much from ekta 😀

It's not exactly based on covid though. Inspired by it, yes! Like some deshdrohi sold their motherland in exchange of money & let them put some poison in the water which led people to die. & Nagin is supposed to kill those. As in theme wohi, badla nayi. 😆

It's EK! So of course something's are not going to make sense. Such as OTT dialogue, character etc. But I think after S1 & the SJ season, this is the season which is good. & definitely 100x time better than last 2 seasons in every department. From leads, acting to story - execution. Besides, Teju & Simba are very good in their roles, has chemistry. You should definitely watch it by skipping through the bhakti part for sure.

But yeah even I have issues with Covid theme...I do not want Covid in any of my fictions...But I also need supernatural shows like naagin, which are not there in itv anymore...I dont like watching humans wale pakao serials for long, I need doses of supernatural in between😛 so I am watching naagin, not quitting...its better than nothing I guess...and I am telling myself what they have shown here is not covid, they showed a skin desease like thing so its different, not covid exactly...

Vaise vo impact nehi a raha that came in seasons 1 or 3 or 5...

Tejaswini I was not sure about at all, but after yesterday I think she is gonna make a good naagin...Mehek I dont like so far, her tone, dialogue throwing, expressions, all awkward stony and weird....Simba ok ok, improving I think but not as impactful yet as previous season heroes...like bakio k chodo, known faces the, but PVP I didnt even know about him when I first saw him in N3 epi 1...But guy was impressive and impactful in first scene itself...but Simba is ok I guess...So if you like Tejaswini acting, you will like this season coz so far she is the only good lead in it, one woman show...

But yeah naagin k muh se desh bhakti n all, vande maataram bgm its all so ridiculous right....

All in all I am watching N6 but vo emotional connection jo N3 mein Behir ya N5 mein Vani k sath hua tha...thats not happening...

I will try for some time and take a call. I really miss that naagin vibes even though they are showing some but they could have created a new show altogether came up with that theme simba as army officer and naagin i really don't trust ekta now they even might insult indian army for her selfish reasons and for publicity stunts..that's why i am not feeling so good about it

@bold even i miss supernatural shows. I am so bored with same saas bahu sasural i really need a dosage of supernatural shows and i am not a person who like watching supernatural shows in other language as show in our language is bliss

@italics thats the irritating part for me. They are playing beans of tune of vande matharam so it's like naagin is taught to save her country but how naagin knows which country is hers 😆 how that desh bhakthi came into her thoughts 😆 who taught her that desh is also important those questions sort of making me laugh. And i really loved hearing pyar ka intekaam as that's the only thing animals care about they dont care about borders disputes. But this season they made it look like even animals knows which country they belong to

Even if they have showed something like naagins are here to save mankind and instead of some random professor mahdev gives them the order to save it was much better theme and she need not include army in that atleast😔 but now with army we know how poor their execution in s5( theh ruined veer's character in the end) they runined it kuch toh hai was a disaster ( by making priya to change from pari to naagin ) s3 hukum and tamsi track was non sense considering my past experience with the show sort of skeptical about it

I have seen tesjasswini rishta likhenge hum naya.. she was good there as diya bayisa but here for some reason i am unable to connect with her.

For now i feel s1,s3,s5 had best theme so far. Will see how it goes for some time and decide what to do 🤧

I feel the reason why Naagin's charm has slowly been dying down (seeing the receding numbers from S1 to S5) was that it was the same story in every season again n again. Naagin's family or love dying & then naagin taking pyaar ka Intekaam from hero ki family lol.

That's why Ekta's been saying in all her interviews that she wanted to experiment & do something new entirely. See their tagline this time "badal chuki hai duniya, badal rahi hai naagin". Although I feel yahan bhi in a way they're doing the same thing only. Intekaam will still be taken from hero's family, seeing that Gujral khandaan is filled with Asurs only lol 😆

But yea, that vande matram bg music & deshbhakti dialogues do get a bit much for me too.

I feel the major reason for the downfall of all seasons are this.

1. S1 no complaints its a fresh season and yamini sheshsa and shivanya aced their characters. 💯

2. S2 rocky was not upto the mark or i would say the other guy who came in between i forgot his name who is in pandya store now he did a great job.but the villains were good in s2. They had mahish makkhi and all those things but since the story was on toss there was a total downfall 😵

3. S3 had a great beginning sj,pearl,anita and rajatg aced it. But the popularity was so high that channels and production became greedy and they started dragging shows with hukum tamsi huzoor tracks which was the start of the downfall. Even it was cringe for me to watch hukum raping vish

4. S4 was okay with mothers revenge where she wanted her daughter take her revenge 😆 but i really don't why she cant take herself that revenge.😆 they showed that white girl as naagin and showed every scene as if she is the naagin and in the end they made her as human that was the main reason for downfall. Thank god the story stopped in between 😆

5. S5 sm and sc were great.. sm as a cheel was new thing to watch cheel and naagin combo was great. But they underutilized cheel's character just because they wanted to show naagin is mahan. Sarvashresta adi naagin hun main still echoes in my ears 😆 i see same thing here when i see pratha sarvashresta shesh naagin hun main 😆

If they would have focused on cheels more in s5 the show would have rocked it.

Kuch toh hai was a flop pari to adi naagin was nonsense 😆

6.by looking at all the series i feel they should focus on story and developing characters . They could have shown directly that simba is the villain this season which never happend in past seasons and how she changes or she takes her revenge 😆 but they want love story also and they want some revenge also so they are just taking random plot and why they took desh bhakti they could have taken something else 😆

In future seasons the world war 3 would be fought between naagins between different countries. Even cricket hockey 🤣 desh ka naam jo roshan karna hai 😄

PS: no offence to anyone who is watching s6 but i really felt ekta should plan a strong plot first before coming up with a new season than letting her writers to do experiment with the plot. This season also i sense alot of blunders. As they have taken such sensitive topics. And considering writers expertise in balaji they might ruin it
