I hate that as well that they’re using N5 as a set up for this new show or another show. It’s annoying me because it’s clear they’ve given up on the show and if not then that’s what is being conveyed to the audience. If I am honest looking at the star cast and the fact that it’s part of the same franchise I am not holding my breath about this show getting numbers. Considering the competition on that time slot. And the makers of those shows spent years treating that show as a step-sibling to launch newer "flashier" shows and then killed off the hero and only reunited him with his wife/love in death in the final ep 🤢

Exactly. But also, and tbh, we might invest emotion into this but for them it's all a business. So I can't really blame Ekta/Mukta (I mean, I can but you know what I mean) for pressing ahead with the new season. It's gonna come anyway, and they know that fans will cheeko and chillao for a bit, and then eventually fade away, and new fans will come to the new show and will cheeko and chillao for a bit etc. etc. the cycle continues.

As far as they are concerned, that's business as usual.

Hype hai correct but only in the fandom of naagin franchise. People otherwise don't know of naagin6 or spin off launch nor do they care for it.

But then after n3, the whole franchise has gone downhill!!

That's me saying because i didn't even know of n4, i knew of 1 and 2 due to popularity, 3 because I'm a sj fan, although i didn't watch it, 5 due to sc!!!

And that is showbiz my friends 👏 Both of them are doing what they are paid for and will move on. Also if they really cared about audience feedback we wouldn’t be here would we 🤔 also it’s a finite show so it was always going to end. But the way they’ve gone about it nahhh not my cup of tea love.

I honestly haven’t seen the other shows. But the fact that it’s gaining traction and being mentioned on social media before it’s aired - publicity wise is very good. It’s word of mouth after.

True, but N5 got high initial TRPs bc Hina Khan is a huge name in ITV.

Some randos people have barely heard of will not fetch those numbers. Unless ofc they use Vani/SharBhi to hype them up...which...😡
