They’ve realised that focusing on VAni alone isn’t working, plus if they want the ratings you need to utilise your cast well to create a show or drama that’ll get you hooked. From what I know, Aishwarya I.e. the actress playing Meera has already played a supernatural lead character in the show called Vishkanya. So she definitely has what it takes to pull it off here.

They haven't been focusing on VAni at all. Infact, the focus has been on villains ki kaarigari. And that too kaise villains - Jai, Mayuri, Shukla?? Ye villains hai. And the new one, Chandrakala. She is another lame and TRP gimmicky villain. In 4 months they could not properly establish the equation of the leads only, to supporting cast to dur ki baat hai.

After a lot of coaxing, they have incorporated Meera and the Cheels. Thankfully, they reversed the damage of Daksh's character arc. That was pathetic. VAni need as much support as possible, I agree. But Meera and Tapish are out of the league for me.

Tapish was majorly absent, should have been used prominently. Meera has been a sensible big sis. I like her that way, but not of much help. Bani definitely needs a lot of help, which they could have done by establishing Meera as a Nagrani, as you once suggested, but woh bhi unse na hua. I have seen her play Vishkanya, and she was dull. Uspar grey shade jachta hi nahi, she lacks impact. Tapish pe suit karta hai grey shades, and really hope uske shades dikhe. This marriage is nothing but a TRP gimmick to enhance drama, just like a Ponky and Mayuri marriage twist, which eventually never happened.

Tapeera is just a lollipop handed to an audience who are majority fandom of the absent chemistry of absent characters, who are exasperated with the way story is going, thanks to makers. Their marriage is the facade to some major revelation. I don't believe they can be strong support systems at all, but yes if both remain positive, they can support once in a while like they have been shown. Cause this out of the blue positivity, out of the blue love, out of the blue support, these things I don't appreciate. It should be slow burn and steadily grow, which they have f*cked up.

This is just my opinion, so no offense dear. Just stating my points.

Yes, Tapish was absent most of the time. His character should have been used properly. Even though I'm a Tapeera supporter (not a shipper) I agree both of the characters lack depth.
