Garuda dev will not support criminals ,cheel clan were in criminal activities from satyug .

Garuda dev can't be markaat as he is king of all birds not only cheel clan , yes he is considered as cheel himself.

Garuda dev might show up to guide veer in right direction from where veer will lead his clan to right direction.

What I don't understand is that shouldn't the real Markat avenge the fake one for stealing his/her identity or is it some sort of plan for Veer or Bani or Vani

The Cheels could be evil because they were mislead and made to go astray by the fake Markaat. The real one who could have been Garuda May have opposed it or probably been replaced through trickery.

Meera is a woman and real Markat is a man. That's reason, Jay's mother (fake Markat) talked to the shape-shifting birds in a man's voice. I think the real Markat is pure evil and Garuda is a holy/divine creature. So, Markat can't be Garuda. I believe Markat is someone like Satan.

U r right markaat can never be garuda . If garuda was ruling cheel clan , it would had been told in satyug only . Cheel clan ki discussion se hi lagta hain ki markaat evil & cruel hain . We don't know what is gender of real markaat yet.

Garuda is highly intelligent & powerful it's not easy to deal with him & he has a backing of lord Vishnu himself

Exactly! Aur cheels issi liye evil hain kyunki un logo ka lord/god evil hain.
