I really like Veer as a character I know he's being a hypocrite too but honestly all of us are hypocrites in reality as well and this is a fantasy show.

I love how he's empowering Bani to stand up and fight for herself. That one of the main reason he fell for her in the first place.

He says whatever to her behind close doors but in public and infront of his family he gives her alot of respect and make sure they respect her as well.

Veer is the perfect grey shades character, he's not aggressive and ott ruthless and I like that about him.

Yes, exactly this. Agree with all of what you wrote. I just love the fact that there is a male character on ITV who is so open and undemanding about his feelings. He wants Bani to be exactly who she is and loves her for it unashamedly. Veer isn’t closed or guarded or angry all the time like male leads usually are. He is also funny and willing to laugh at the absurdities around him. Grey and perfect, as per me ❤️

Hypocrite yes. But in his defence he never touch Bani without her consent. Even when he took her home after the blast he was super hesitant to reach into her pocket for her phone.

The reason I really like his character is even when Bani was doing ALL that drama in front of his family he stands by her. Icing on the cake is when he let her do her stupidity in front of the clients even. He truely just lets her do her. Which I think is so important in a couple. To support each other even when they have mad cap ideas n then dealing with the world together.

He is loving bani selflessly without expecting her or forcing her to love him back. He even said that Wine is like him jisy bani kabhi moh nhi lagaye gi. He has flaws but his feelings are pure and real

That’s not the point, he may love her selflessly but she never loved him back yet he never backed off and kept pursuing her even though she kept pushing him away. And when he was preaching the same to Daksh it just makes me wonder why the same doesn’t apply to him.

I mean he was telling Daksh that if a girl says no and rejects him then he should simply back off, why doesn’t that logic apply to him and Bani then? I mean he himself was like he knows Bani hates him and rejected him so many times yet he didn’t care and went after her and kept pursuing her.

I absolutely agree with you! Finally someone said what I felt. I thought about it when I watched the episode. Even he misbehaved with Bani in sangeet ceremony. But I didn't say anything in this forum about Veer's lecture. I didn't say about it because here many girls like Veer so much that I thought nobody would agree with me.
