@red She is Naagrani, but she is only Nidhok Vansh ki Naagrani. Just like when a smaller kingdom is a tributary state to an empire. Her powers and authorities and capabilities are below that of Bella itself. On top of that she is not the Sheshnaag Vansh who is by all means and purposes the real custodian of the Naagmani itself.
