As long as Shivli is alive property will be in her name only. It will transfer to her spouse only when she is dead. So if Yuvi gets married to her & kills her off they will be suspected but if she's married to Mahir things will be smooth for them since Mahir's condition isn't normal. Sumi can gain Shivli's property as well by showing his medical condition just like the way she did with entire Sehgal property which is in the name of Mahir.
