I have no issues with Mahir being a kiddo for real and not faking it required that this doesn't stretch for too long. It will be tricky for them to show how Bela behaves around Mahir when he is thinking of himself to be an eight year old. She would have to treat him like a child and not get carried away as a wifey.

If he is faking it then toh I want the full episode on BeHir 😳 Because there would be a lot to clarify.
