And Vish's morals are very convenient. They surface based on her emotions alone... So they are nothing compared to Mahir's which are more consistent and universal.

Vish and Vikrant have been kept gray, even now after all the mind changes, tender moments shown, they can still be turned negative. They haven't been shown to have the fire Bela has to fight situations and come out of them. One situation against them and they are willing to go against Bela even if reluctantly. Mahir is at the receiving end here and I am sure the CVS have a plan/reason for this. It will be interesting to see how they play it.
