Of course tears are good for eyes they cleanse them out and also relieve some stress.
But crying in itself is not bad, but the reason why it happens is important.
Even men strong men cry

It is a human expression of how much something matters to us.

Crying portrays you as a weak person but it make you strong on your inner side. It basically shows that you are able to feel from the core of your heart. Incidents or situations that make you cry also have an impact on decision making of "What Crying make You? -Weak Or Strong".

Weak in Cases like-

Hiding Guilt- People often use it as a tool to escape punishments on a scale where law and order isn't involved and gain sympathy
Strong in Cases like-

Over Some Loss- People who seem to cry over losses(non-materialistic) portray strength since they ,according to my point of view ,respect the bonds they shared.

shedding tears for someone or something bad in the distant past is not advisable. It scars a person and the pain amplifies. Instead if it really matters that much help someone else who is facing the same problem.
The best way to stop one's s own tears is to wipe one from someone else's eye.
Crying is the beginning of the process of accepting our situation. It is a part and parcel of our coping mechanism. But that phase has to pass.

This reminded me of one of my other favourite quotes of Prof. Dumbledore

With understanding comes acceptance and only with accpetance can there be recovery.

This!!! 👍🏼👏

Both are fighting battle of betrayal from their nearest and dearest ones One being experienced in this pain, has bravely worn her armour to get up and fight again... But what about him? This is his childhood scar, this scares him, to cheat, to lie like this... How is he going to fight it?! He needs FULL truth, he deserves it, only then can he face it and come over it.

@those heartbreaking images of Mahirji 😭
