Will the next season be continuation of this season?

I think the season 4 is a confirmed thing as Ekta Kapoor was asking someone to be a part of season 4 on her instagram.

If this was USA primetime then season 4 will be direct continuation of season 3. But, I don't think that is going to happen in ITV.
