naagrani is like a queen of naaglok not only a protector of naagmani.

For 2-3 episodes Shivanya did get fooled. Later on Shesha herself confessed to Shivanya that she wants Ritik. Moreover shesha was helping Yamini in doing pooja and sat in mandap with with Ritik so Shivanya started doubting her.Vish ne abhi tak aisa kuch nahi kiya ki Bela doubt kare uss par. Bela is the nagrani but it hasn't been shown that she has some special powers. She is like normal kings and queens...a normal naagin. She has many responsibilities that's it.

Bela is not god and antaryami to know everything about every one . She is just a queen .normal kings to don't have any special powers than their enemies and backstabbing happens from their own trusted ones

As per the promos Mahir was holding the gun...so Bela is bound to doubt him. And nagranima said kki apna dhoka dega...so Bela's doubts are not baseless. Bela ke doubts baseless hote agar bas Vik vish ki baat sun kar Mahir pe doubt karti.

Maybe in fit of anger she attacks mahir
