There many simmarilarties in season 1 & 3

Like maangtika confusion was in season 1 also in this season also

Yeah, I think you might be right in this. It has been shown in the promo that Vikrant will poison Vishaka. I think Mahir will be the one who is going to save her and nurse her back to health. Then Vishaka will realize how good a person Mahir is. Then she will fall in love with Mahir then do what Shesha did in season 1. Hopefully though I hope it will not turn out that way.
