The main difference I can feel btwn seasons is s1 and s2 naag guru were looking like our home pujari but s3 naagguru is looking like alien's pujari.😔🤣and side acting as love guru that too he is giving tough paths to succeed like zeher pariksha

He is positive IMO..he is actually protecting bela's mother from her enemies ! Vik already tried killing her,phir se woh risk nhi chahta!

Also I think he knows everything about bela..he knows Mahir is her soulmate n Vik is enemy but for some reason can't reveal the entire truth..maybe he wants herself to realise it hence helping through tiny hints

Also he did mention "humara naagvansh khatre me pad jayega agar inko Jane diya" something like that! So he can't make her free
