Most of us believe now this story is just not about revenge for Vikrant murder or Ruhi assultation.. there is something more to it!

I don't think living upto the tagline is even in the checklist of makers. They are trying to shape drama in a way which can help them stretch the show and at the same keep the viewers entertained.

whatever be their main plot whoever be the main villains it will still not make sense why bela n vish did not kill their targets all at once n why bela has to marry mahir for that n put innocent suhani also into the mess and the viewers making different theories n assumptions on main revenge n main villains itself shows how weak their current script is...I think they have not yet finalized on what should be the main plot n who should be the villains so they are unnecessarily dragging it with sub-plots, chudail track was atleast interesting, this sapera track is very boring...

Agree with VARUN2014. The first season of any show always is the one that is hardest to top or pass. In my earlier posts I did mention that Mouni is a fantastic dancer but in terms of acting she can't act. Adaa outperformed her but sometimes she overdid it. I believe if it wasn't for the promos which were suspenseful and the script season one wouldn't have been that good. But this season I agree the actors are good but script is not strong as season one. However there is some tracks that are entertaining and good. Like this snake charmer track I love and the whole Rehaan/Vish and Bela track was good to. I think someone mentioned that this season is longer than previous two so it makes sense why they introducing all these villains before they get to the main plot.

@emptyhand20 u have given some pretty interesting screenshots comparing the supernatural Naagin with Vampire Diaries/Arrow/Supergirl etc.Well Vampire Diaries was my favourite till the 5th Season but with the exit of Nina Dobrev aka Elena Gilbert/Katherine Pierce the show was not that interesting & did not match up to the earlier concept.The Originals were a spin-off the Vampiure Diaries which later on became an independent series focussing on the Mikaelson clan with characters such as Elijah/Klaus etc..Anyway these were my favorite shows have not watched Legacies yet.Getting back to Naagin yup Naagin season did not have a spin off agreed & yeah I agree the story has become a bit dragging with no coherence between the 2 Naagins.Both Bela & Vish seems confused about their revenge either focussing on innocent Maahir or the rest of the Sehgal brothers.But I believe that Ruhi did see in Vikrant eyes the image of the killers.So the Naagins do know what they r doing.I did find the Sapera music quite interesting & I believe the Sapera track would add to the trp's.Obviously trp's would go up & down depending on the viewers response but still the main track of revenge has not yet started.If Vikrant anyway comes back he would be a pure obstacle to the ongoing Behir chemistry & besides both Bela/Vish would look foolish in their revenge mission then.Agreed they were rapist but did all deserve death? Wht abt Anu & Maahir? Besides Maahir would be proved innocent but this is not the ideal way.Did Shivangi/Shivanya's parents come back once they were dead? No Right so Vikrant should not come back whether the revenge is of parents or lover's death.Naagin has become an effective franchise thanks in part to Ekta's brilliance though the stupid ending of Naagin S2 leaves a lot to be desired.

While the show can be supernatural it can incorporate real life incidents so as to make it more interesting such as dealing with Women's empowerment/gender issues etc.Women could be presented as equal to man rather than as some sort of pushover or a sati-savitri type & we don't expect the Naagins to become one.Yup Shivangi/Shivanya loved their soulmates Rocky/Ritik but were never depicted as the ideal Sati-Savitri/They were firm yet modern in their thoughts.Same goes for Bela/Ruhi.If Vish is the modern sassy ruthless type then Bela is the traditional logical but calculated type Naagin.Maahir also loves Bela more than his life-a perfect soulmate with no doubt its own flaws.Regarding the technique all of the Sehgal siblings should not be killed in one go then the whole Naagin S3 gets finished then what's the use? Did Shivanya/Shivangi kill all their enemies in one single shot? Nope they took their own sweet time & executed the same.This happens in both Hindi & English based Supernatural shows.Revenge cannot be taken in one go.The storyline has to be slow & steady with logical but mesmerizing twist & turns.

This will probably be the longest season & the fun has just begun with the sapera track...Im sure we're in for some amazing roller coaster episodes
