Is naag. I was thinking it from the very start. Is this why he never wanted to marry. Is this why vish feels strange and attracted around him. If bela isn't Nagin and we believe Ekta then may be mahir can be a naag.

Nope, if they show him to be Naagin it will be repetitive version of S2 so I don't think he is.

I didn't see S2. But as they are already taking few of the first seasons story so why not. And more over vish killed yuvi very easily. Then what is her need to get married to mahir so important.
She can still take her revenge staying out of the family as others are going to be more easy target to her.
There is no reason for getting into the family.
