From spoiler pics we can see that anita is also in the bridle attire. Does it mean vish is also getting married? With whom vish is getting married?

first of all vish is a naagin who can shape shift to any form...maybe she took the form of bela...there is nothing more to it...she has already expose herself as a naagin to the viewers...she told mahir that she is not interested in marriage...
