Madhurima tuli IS a good actress, but I really don't imagine her as Chandrakanta. Kritika's doing a great job and EK could have taken kashmira irani as Chandrakanta.

It would definitely attract attention of all manmarziyan fans who wish to see more of Samaira and Arjun.

Madhurima really do not have the aura or charm to play chandrakanta. She has played lead in Dafa 420 but I really find her too hard and tough , biker chic type of and it's really hard to imagine her as a princess.

Vishal aditya singh is best as tera thakur and nothing else.

He was just a shadow of priyam in begusarai and doesn't really looks like a lead. He would better perform as tej singh or the other ayyar.

And talking about concept, it's pretty simple- fairytale romance.

But story- Ekta will definitely bungle it up.

None of her recent shows have a good storyline- dhai kilo prem was good in initial days but now have lost direction COMPLETELY.

She seems to have done a lot of changes to her version of story as far as I hear.

And it's only a short notice show- Ekta defo wanted to make CK from a long time but started to work on it only recently.

So, in such a mess, the only relief is the leads's chemistry and their conviction in their respective roles but even that's not sure.

Excitement have gone down several notches once madhurima was declared to play the title role and the announcement of urvashi dholakia to play the antagonist didn't recover it.

In conclusion all the bloopers pointed by you still have an excusable explanation.

But how do you explain bloopers like this in a supernatural show?

1) Shivanya received Sada Suhaagan boon that even directly from God, yet Rithik is shown to be killed before Shivanya! What can we imply from this? Maybe according to them the boon was ineffective so Rithik died anyways in season 2 while even after being stabbed to death and then temporarily dying in a lake gets ressurected as soon as Shivanya somehow survives the murder attempt by yamini! So the boon suddenly becomes ineffective in season 2 or is Rithik still alive and probably frozen in time in another dimension

2) Rithik in episode 2 was shown to be dead and his body was discovered by the police who bring it back to Shivanya and Shivangi who at that time was clearly around 9 or 10 years old but in the recent episodes they show that he died while trying to save an infant Rocky so is Shivangi 10 or 9 years older than Rocky? In that case she should be in her late 30s not mid 20s considering Rocky will turn 27. If that isn't the case then its probable that Rithik died when shivangi was an infant but the body was discover 9 years later but I doubt anyone would bother to even try to find or identify the body by then since the it would have decayed or even integrated with the nature to be found alone! The only thing they would have got would be his bones.

3) Shesha who was the same age as Shivanya is suddenly now a 100 plus naagin?

4) In season 1 the year would be around 2016 towards the end and now 25 years later the year was still 2016 followed by 2017? Taking a time leap was their biggest mistake because they never make sense! Unless according to them the development and technology is going to be stagnant after a certain time and that there will be no changes at all.

5) Avantika who was trapped on the other side of the wall suddenly crosses it and revives Yamini and then later goes back behind the wall? Why would she do that?

6) Also if Rocky is special, then why was yamini so cool about him dying and treated him like his death is no big deal at all? Unless he has the ability to come back to life on his own but then we saw Mahish kill him so easily and he was revived because of naag Mani?

7) And then let's not forget the biggest blooper! Nidhi being the 8th killer who went around impersonating Rocky!🤣 Like how can you compare her voluptuous figure with that of Rocky's buffed up masculine figure ?😆 And then the kickboxing and all along with Shesha knowingly flirting with her, did shesha suddenly become lesbian?

These aren't small bloopers if you ask me! They are big enough to be noticed by everyone and change the whole story to some senseless bullshit!

Despite of having a cliched yet exciting topic, kavach(which was a crappy and sexualized version of zee tv show shree)

had consistency in the beginning of the show . But it lost its plot after a few days and things went haywire after that.

Let alone the role, even the plot didn't suit mona at all. Also they shouldn't have casted divyanka tripathi's husband as the hero. They should have casted iqbal khan or apurva agnihotri in the lead. And instead of portraying rajbeer as a brain dead male po*n star , they could've portrayed him as an intense man of substance .

The show also went down completely after mahek left the show.

Brahmarakshas, the show was pretty groundbreaking till they turned kishwer's character as a monster.

Krystyle dsouza did justice to the role of raina. Aham was a bad choice though . Aham is my top hero ,but I felt he was a little stiff as rishabh.

Can't say anything about mohini nigam. First time after simone singh in ek hasina thi, some saas really floored me.

But they turned her into a loud vamp like yamini in the later phase for trps.

And then, S2 was even worse.

As far as going by ekta's track record, none of her shows that was launched after BR started with a proper story line. And CK will be even worse.

I'm more interested in Mahakali coz that's the comeback of my ultimate fave-pooja sharma!

S2 did not take any 2 yrs...as per EK IV...she did not even know that channel was planning to make a S2 in the first place...though she knew abt S1 extention...thats what kv...adaa...mouni even say in their IV...EK made S2 in span of the 6 months time given by the channel as the channel wants asap...only S1 made with the span of 2-3 yrs...now S3 is also being made in the span of 6 months...

If S2 is made within 2 yrs...it won't be a mess...it would have been on the level of S1...in terms of story...characterisation...plot and execution...she would have use real locations like S1...not VFX to save time...

I am waiting for maha kali too...i just love pooja sharma...if mouni was not in S3...i would want pooja to play the naagin part...after mouni...adaa...it suits her...i loved her chemistry with shaheer...she was excellent as draupadi...noone could have nail draupadi like she did...

Pooja is undoubtedly one of the best actresses in indian tv.

Her screen presence and charisma is unmatched.

In terms of naagin, I actually thought from the very beginning of S2 that pooja would play shivangi better than mouni(sorry to say that)

She has both the fierceness, sensuality and beauty to play the role of a Naagin.

Watching the promos of mahakali on the repeat...

If chandrakanta launch and production is an issue then they should go have just ended the show and replaced it with some other mini supernatural gig of another PH! Why ruin the naagin franchise for this reason? Its way too obvious that this Rocky mystery is an addition otherwise they would have highlighted it in the beginning or somewhere in the middle of the show not after the story is somewhat complete! It just makes the whole show look stupid as a finite series. And yes even I think chandrakanta is going to be a mess. The lead actress madhurima is still fine but the guy called visual cast opposite her... as an onscreen couple I am not so sure about how they'll look together! I hope EK takes another person as the ML. I wish she could get Harshad Arora or someone or even shaheer sheikh to play virendra! Also them rushing like this will ruin the quality of the content and it might probably tank unless they already have their story and concept in place.
