Rocky is wearing a "Garuda kawach " which protects him form attacks of any naagin . So no naagin or Madhumakhhi is able to attack him .

Shesha is unawares about thisnfact and she assumes the form of Shivangi but she gets electrick shock and is jerked away from his as she tries to touch him .

Yamini shares this with Shesha and is in a humorous joyous mood while shesha is frustrated "

Why does Rocky need Garuda kavach if he's innocent? It's not like Rudra is targeting him.

I don't think Rocky is the 8th murderer

It was his humshakal who was there at the murder scene who was stabbing Shivang's mother .
