Dev and his family have just been ousted from their house by Amba after Priya sold the house to her. Amba being the cunning woman has cheated Priya and bought the house for a much cheaper price than that was promised. Priya broke down saying that she has taken the step to secure her daughter's future and was cheated in the process, for which the family has forgiven her. The house which harboured not just them in flesh and blood but also all those memories of his late parents was now in the hands of such a person who was tainted with crimes. Dev has promptly shifted them all to Balghar. He along with Vidhi has ensured that all of them have settled down comfortably. He needed some time off from all the ongoings, so he requested privacy from everyone, even Vidhi and shut himself in his mother's room, contemplating what all has happened over the past few days.
Amba has planned a huge party in their house calling every important person in the city and all the shareholders and staff to celebrate her victory and Dev's defeat. She wanted to ensure that all the doors were closed for him and he has no other option except to divorce Vidhi and marry her. She also extended an invite to the Raichands. Everyone were against going there except Dev, he convinced his family and all of them went to the party. Amba was shocked to see Dev and his family there as she did not expect him to be there. She was relying on the media to throw insults at Dev, but now that he was here in person, she wanted to insult him and Vidhi directly.

And the spotlight shifts to Dev. His family is angry and sad that he had to bear so much insult in front of everyone, but Dev remains undeterred. Amba walks up to Dev.
Amba : Dekha Dev kaise hamesha anth mein jeet sacchayi ki hi hoti hain.
She whispers to him " Abhi bhi mauka hai Dev, iss Vidhi ko chhoddo aur mujhse shaadi kar lo, tumhara sab kucch main lautadoongi , nahin to yeh ghar jo tumhare maa baap ka nishaani hain use mein demolish karwa doongi "
Amba ( into the mike ) : Abb mein officially iss ghar mein bhi Mehtas ka Raichands par takeover ko celebrate karne ke liye yeh logo launch karna chahti hoon.
She presses the button to open the curtains that will reveal the Mehta's logo. As the curtain opens everyone is shocked to see that the logo was not of Mehtas but that of Raichands. Everyone present in the party is shocked and surprised except one person who has maintained his poise from the beginning, Dev Raichand.
Amba : What nonsense is this? Yeh kaisa mazaak hain... kisne kiya hain yeh...don't you know the Raichands are finished. Unka sab kucch ab mera hain.
Dev : Calm down Amba. Yeh koi mazaak nahin hain. Yeh uss parivaar ka logo hai jiska yeh ghar aur business hain. Infact sirf yehi nahin Mehtas ka ghar aur business bhi ab Raichands ke naam par hain, specifically Devrat Raichand ke naam par hain, yani main.
Everyone is astonished with this new development. Dev calls out his lawyer who comes there with the necessary documents to proclaim everything in Dev's name. He shows the documents to Amba. Yogesh and Vikram rush there to check the documents. They are shocked to see the documents which stated the transfer of properties of Mehtas to Dev Raichand and it was undersigned by Amba herself. She is flabbergasted and accuses Dev of forging and making fake documents.
Dev : Stop it Amba. Just because tumhara game ab khatam ho chuka hain, iska matlab yeh nahin ki tum mujh par aisa accusation daaloge. Yeh documents sab authentic hain aur tumhara signature bhi.
Amba's lawyer comes and checks the documents and discusses with Dev's lawyer and confirms that they are original.
Amba : Yeh yeh possible nahin hain.. tumne dhoka diya hain mujhe phirse
Dev : Dhoka dena mere fitrat mein nahin hain. Tum chahe jitnabhi gir sakti ho, cheating karsakti ho.. lekin tumhare dad ek sacche aur immaandaar vyakthi the. Jab unka poora business loss mein chala gaya tha aur tab mere dad ne financially aur mein ne bhi unke business ko apne mehnat se phirse stabilise kiya tha, unhonne yeh blank documents par unka aur unke donon betiyon ke sign ke saath hame diye the. Par na mere dad ne aur na maine iska kabhi galat istemaal kiya tha. Infact Chitra ke shaadi ke baad jab tum log hamare life mein aaye the to main ise tumhe wapas denewala tha lekin office or personal works ke wajah se bhooltha gaya. Aaj maine yeh documents apne favour mein banaa liya kyunki tum unn logon mein se ho Amba jinhe acche baaton se samjhaa nahin jaa saktha. You deserve this failure.
The Raichands have rejoiced as they have got back their glory. Vikram and Yogesh are now scared that they have crossed all their limits with Dev and now have no where to go. Amba is left speechless. All her plans and plottings have resulted in a big failure because of the goodness of Dev and his father. She has lost the last opportunity to manipulate and blackmail Dev into getting married to her. She has lost it competely and shouts at Dev.
Amba : Tumhe nazar nahin aata kya main tumse kitna pyaar karti hoon. Yeh Vidhi tumhare saath sirf tumhare paison ke liye hain, usse chhod do aur mujhse shaadi karlo... aur agar tumhe woh itna hi pasand hai to zindagi bhar usse apna mistress banaa kar...
Even before she can complete her sentence , Dev launches a tight slap accross her face.
Dev : Aaj tak maine apna composure maintain kiya tumhare saamne yeh sochkar ki tum mentally disturbed ho.... tumhare yeh cheating ko bhi maine bardaasht kiya.. lekin aaj tumne jo Vidhi ke baare mein kahaa yeh main nahin bardaasht karoonga. Mera poora property chala gaya hain lekin Vidhi ka saath nahin.. usne meri himmat badaayi.. aur Vidhi ne to shaadi se pehle hi mere property se apna claim hataadi thi.. to abb use kyun farak padega. Yogesh ne Abhi ko intoxicate karke ye documents sign karaaya aur tumne aur Vikram ne Chitra ko dhamkaakar... tum sab logon par isska legal action liya jaayega.
Dev has already called the police and played the CCTV footage of both his office and Amba's house proving his statements. Amba, Yogesh and Vikram have been arrested. Having learnt about Vidhi's sacrifice before marriage only everyone understood their true love, which was beyond any physical attraction and monetary benefits. The media appologised to them for all the badmouthing. Dev joins his family and all of them rejoice having got back their rightful property and not forgetting the lessons learnt in the past few days.
